Advancement & Development (“DOJ-AHEAD”) mission is to contribute to the
growth and development of its members. It is important for us to ensure that we
bring you valuable information through events and presentations that ensure our
commitment. Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to our second virtual event
“How to Build Relationships through Networking” with our special guest, Dr.
Jairo Borja.
“As the President of Borja Consulting Group, Dr. Jairo Borja, DBA, is on a mission to elevate small business owners and entrepreneurs to their full potential. “Dr. B” is a sought-after speaker, author, and consultant. He has spoken for audiences such as New York Life, Mass Mutual, First Calvary Baptist Church, Bloomfield College, and the University of Central Florida. He’s an International Best-Selling Author of “Networking Your Way to Success: 10 Steps to Building Relationships & Expanding Your Business for Entrepreneurs & Working Professionals” and host of the “The Dr. B Show” Podcast, highlighting Hispanics in Human Resources and Business. Dr. B also created a course that assists entrepreneurs and working professionals in networking virtually, “Transforming Your Way to Success.” Since serving his community is paramount, Dr. B sits donates his time to several organizations including, Prospanica, Young Professionals Council.
Dr. B received his Doctor of Business Administration Degree in
Marketing from Walden University in March 0f 2019. He received his Master of
Business Administration Degree in Management from Long Island University in
2007. Lastly, Dr. B received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in
Management from Berkeley College in 2003.
Dr. B lives in Linden, NJ, with his wife and daughters.
